« Check-in and check out was good. However, on my last day, it seems like housekeeping were in a rush to come clean our room because they came at 11am and knock on our door. So my partner and I felt rush a little bit to pack up and check out when check out is at 12pm. »

« I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. »

« This hotel was so unexpectedly nice! Our "room" was practically the size of a studio apartment, given that it is a Residence Inn, we didn't expect it to have an actual living, kitchen, and dining space on top of the bedroom. The complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Would totally stay here again. »
