Very nice accommodations…2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms…only complaint is second bedroom had no AC and one bathroom had cool water in shower and second bathroom had super hot water ….location was awesome and owner is super friendly and helpful.

Very convenient but quiet. Big room with a small sofa area by the TV as well as the double bed and a good size bathroom. TV had a satellite box providing more channels than in the other hotels of a similar level we have stayed in. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and well kept up, although nothing hot. Good coffee and an excellent choice of cereals, breads and fruit. Friendly staff were very helpful. Only 2 negatives - quality of WiFi was dreadful and the entrance hall and staircase to the bedrooms were rather shabby, which gives a poor initial impression.

Whilst check-in was closed when we arrived, we had been sent easy instructions on how to access our room in advance. Our duplex room (2 bedrooms) was large and clean with everything you would expect from a hotel room. The hotel was good value given it's town centre locaiton.

Huge room, quiet location

We had a great one-night stopover here. The room was huge, with a separate upstairs room for the children, which they loved. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. The location was quiet, but a short walk from the centre and the garage parking was very convenient too. All in all, just what we needed!

Nice hotel in a good location

Clean, comfortable spacious room - a little worn around the edges but what we needed. Very helpful and welcoming staff, and a nice breakfast buffet! A short walk to either the Vrijdagmarkt or the square with the Belfort and cathedral.

Hotel was only 10 minutes from the Cathedral, etc. staff were excellent, our rooms were up two fairly steep flights of stairs and without asking our bags were taken up to the rooms. The reverse happened on check out. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Well recommended.

Property location is good. Walkable with lot of dining options. The room itself and the property itself is smelly and lacks proper ventilation in bathrooms. It was continuously raining and there was lot of water accumulation just outside the windows. When we accidently opened it, there were bugs which entered the room. My kids and myself had bug bites in the morning, although not serious, it is kind of concerning for the hotel not to weather proof it. Afterall everything is Europe is expensive, but there should be value for the money.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, however it also reflects the age of the building, so it is not modern and swish but more rustic and practical. What this hotel has is the central location with a short 5 minute walking distance to St Bavo's cathedral and the main attractions/shops. The hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful. If you travel by car, you can drop off luggage on the side road next to the hotel but will have to park closer to the central areas which are not free but not excessive in price. As an overseas visitor, we registered our vehicle online so we were exempt from Ghent's low emission charge. Breakfast was continental style, so I took oat milk for drinks as I am lactose intolerant and it is quite common for establishments not to be fully aware of food allergies or intolerances as was the case in this instance. The City prides itself on being the capital of vegetarian food and there was a very helpful magazine in the room telling you about the vegan and vegetarian cafes/places to eat. Overall we had a great time and from a convenience point of view, the hotel was in a great place to start our exploration. The Mystic lamb painting is not to be missed. Even if you are not religious the size and quality of the painting is something to behold.

Great hotel, great location.

We booked a family room with reserved parking. The parking was a huge garage with roller shutter door. Car was secure with no risk of theft or being towed away. It was massive. The main room had kettle, coffee machine, drinks fridge, safe, TV. There was a second room accessed via internal stairs, this had 3 beds and own toilet /shower room. Great for privacy. I wouldn't be afraid to stay here in colder weather, massive radiators. It was spotless and very comfortable. Great location, just 10 minute walk from loads of buzzing restaurants.

地點好，服務好，早餐豐富。

地點位置很好，雖然沒有電梯，但櫃檯小姐主動幫我們將行李拿上樓，早餐也很豐盛。隔壁就有家樂福超商，步行可達聖巴夫主教堂、聖米歇爾橋，沿途餐廳也很多，建議可以好好享受完美食和夜景後，再漫步回旅店。

Prima kamer

Prima kamer in hartje centrum Gent met airconditioning en een grote badkamer. Je bent zo in de binnenstad. De receptie bestaat ook uit vriendelijke medewerkers. Wij wisten niet dat de Gentse feesten aan de gang waren, maar mocht je willen boeken om hier bij te zijn dat ligt het hotel op een toplocatie
