We had booked 3 nights at this hotel. The first room we were in, Rm 306, as soon as you sat on the bed it felt like we hit a piece of plywood, mattress was broken down from use. Went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The shift manager was quite accommodating, she even went to the room and concurred with our complaint. The second room was better, though my husband did notice a dorito bag on the floor between the headboard and night stand. Yes, we could have picked it up, but didn't. The next day when we came back to the room from site seeing all day and saw the dorito bag still on the floor. No amenities were replenished, ie coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The 3rd day when we returned to the room, the dorito bag had been picked up, but the crumbs from the bag had been spilled on the floor, never vacuumed up. The amenities were replenished this time.
