"The view from balcony was excellent; makes climbing steps to 3rd floor totally worth it. View is also excellent for finding the schools of fish. The afternoon / evening view from front street balcony was also lovely.Ideal walking distance to Conch Cafe for dinner, even though kitchen well equipped for cooking. Condo was very clean and nicely stocked. The hall bathroom with tub and shower handle ideal.We could hear the waves from bed!Hosts were very communicative, ensuring we did not have any...

"The parking lot was a mess. Spots are tight and the lot needs paving. The awful smell hits you as soon as you walk into the lobby. This smell was just as bad in our room. The room was dirty… the bed spread had stains on it as well as the couch. The carpets were stained and all of the floors were sticky. The breakfast was poor…there are almost no words. I would give it zero stars all around. "

"The room was horrible. Please don’t spend your money here. The first room the sink didn’t drain and It stunk. The staff moved us to another room and It constantly sweat the entire time. The floor and walls were always wet It looked like your room we as sauna and this would be every morning when we wake up and in the evenings when we got back to the room. For the price that’s ridiculous they do not allow refunds. If I could go back I would have spent more money to stay somewhere else. We considered sleeping in our car. This was by far the most disgusting place we have ever stayed the pictures look nice but are deceiving. The staff did their job so I can’t fault them, the location was good but very hard to enjoy due to the quality of the “hotel”"

The condo is beautiful, safe, true to picture/description, and in a prime location literally steps away from the beach.The only con beds were uncomfortable and air filter needed to be change as dust was in the air Overall my family & I plan to return"

"Communication was awesome, I wasn’t able to take advantage, but bc of early cleaning, they offered to let me Ck n early, which I’m usually begging for. Obviously no guarantee, but the host genuinely aims to accommodate. I would purposely choose their properties if I had a list! Send list pls:)"

"Room was not ready until after 5 but it didn’t really bother us. The rooms are a little outdated. Furniture not very comfortable with 1 small TV in the living area. Bed wasn’t too bad. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway. GREAT LOCATION! Close to souvenir shop and places to eat.. you will have to go out a bit if you want breakfast though. The restaurants near by did not serve breakfast. We will definitely return in the future."

"Hotels.com failed to send our reservation to the condo company and after driving 10 hours, we were in the office with no place to stay when we got there. The agent was very gracious and was able to find another unit for us and saved our vacation. The condo was very nice and clean and a short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and all appliances in good condition. Not sure if I would use a travel site again, but would definitely stay there again. "
