I guess there is an owner travel company that the property through Expedia is booked under and therefore we were treated differently than the regular guests - couldn’t store our bags for us after check out, hesitant to give us any additional toilet paper or toiletries- etc. The Camelot staff was nice but it seemed that they have specific instructions not to treat “3rd party” guests the same.
