The open plan living and dining area has doors to the large balcony, embracing the sunlight and sea-breeze. The primary bedroom has its own set of sliding doors that open on to the balcony, offering the opportunity to sleep soundly to the calming sounds of the waves crashing all night and wake up to the sparkling ocean and birds chirping.

This 3rd floor condo is accessed via a covered, outdoor stairwell. Step access only – no elevator.
