« Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. »

« This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

« The add clearly said "Parking Included" But it wasnt and we wasted 45 minutes trying to find a parking lot that was open 24/7. The apt itself was shabby. Missing doors on kitchen cabinets, wobbly chairs and tables and not usable. Bathroom towel rack fell as soon as i touched it. Tv was like 15 inches and no name brand. All the furniture was caked in polyurethane and dripping making it look like a slum. All windows were sealed and not functional. Location was sketchy although close...

« no one should have to sleep on a bed with that kind of a mattress. Place was not comfortable. Furniture was nearly destroyed. you can tell it everything in the Place list is cheap and I want to buy. »

« This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. « Furnishings (couch) was old and uncomfortable. Neighbors were noisy late into evening. No drinking glasses in cupboard or ice tray in the freezer.A small dresser in the closet would be a nice addition. »
