"The rooms were very clean, attractive and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The desk clerk arranged adjoining, connected rooms upon our arrival, even though this had not been requested when making reservations. Water for hot tea, iced water and coffee were available throughout the day."

"My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc."
