Wish there was a coffee machine in the room but there was a cafe in the lobby.

Very nice safe location that is walkable to Disneyland. Lots of dining nearby. We booked the family suite and loved how spacious the rooms were! Everything was clean and tidy.

All aspects of our stay were excellent. Staff went way out of their way to be helpful. They were friendly, very respectful and courteous. Front desk staff, maintenance team and room cleaners were clearly focused on providing superior customer service.

The beds are very comfortable. It has a refrigerator and Microwave.
We took advantage of the free shuttle service it to us to Pike Outlets in Long beach. Not many shops there but lots of yummy restaurants. Chili's has a great lunch special. Both shuttle drivers were very friendly. You have to book your...

We stayed here during our trip to Disney and we could not be happier. The staff was extremely nice from the beginning, even offering a little plush toy to our toddler who was overtired and approaching his limit of being social. The shuttles for Disney from here are extremely cheap and were always on time, the drivers were also beyond welcoming -- one even gave our kid a pluto pin which he's worn every day since. We got a room with a king bed and it was a good enough size for the three of us. We...
