« Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) really enjoyed Tom’s place. The appartment is very clean, includes a very well equipped kitchen and is very well located. We did a lot of visiting on foot or by using the metro or bus. We totally recommend! »

« Very accommodating host! He lives upstairs and is available if needed. He was so nice to let us check-in a bit early as our flight was earlier in the day. The place was just what our family of 4 needed for 3 days & 4 nights in DC. It was clean & comfortable. The beds were nice, small working kitchen, clean bathroom w/nice shower & plenty of towels, smart TV, long couch that all 4 of us could sit on, great working heat (it was 40 degrees out!), washer/dryer, & we felt safe. Ed had fresh flowers...

« Such a charming little place, it was the perfect oasis after a busy day of meetings. Very clean and quiet. It was a little farther from public transportation than I would have liked, but it was still so central that Lyft rides were easy and inexpensive. There was an issue with the lights when I checked in but the staff were quick to respond and fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was perfect. »

« Location is perfect — walking distance to museums and Metro, and we felt totally safe at all times. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops literally steps away. Plenty of space for our family of five, and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver (bring your own detergent). Pool was a huge hit. Would definitely come back. »

« This is a fantastic property to stay for a visit to DC. The location is on a beautiful residential street and is very walkable to restaurants and shops. We felt very safe in the area, and transportation to the tourist spots was easy from here. The home is very comfortable and stylish, great beds and bathrooms. We appreciated the extra touches such as Nespresso and cupcakes from the owners’ bakery. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Thanks again for a great stay! »

« David's apartment was the perfect place to stay. Walkable to 9:30 club and lots of restaurants. Very nice neighborhood- we found a lovely coffee shop in the morning. Communication was great, expectations were clear (and not too many!) This group of 4 girls also all loved the bathroom. Small but clean with a very charming shower :) »
