Super. We had issues with the beds and they immediately accommodated and changed our rooms. The staff at the front desk so nice. Especially Kennedy. Will stay there again!

The lobby and breakfast area seem nice and updated. The rooms do not. The room did not feel clean. There was trash on the floor, hair in the tub and it just felt dirty. Beds need updated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Almost made up for the stinky room. We like the idea of having a couch in a double room, but we probably won't be staying at a hyatt again. This is the second negative experience we have had with the chain.

We prepaid for a King bed / high floor. Upon arrival we were advised they didn’t have any king rooms left - the desk attendant was not able to provide any assistance - she just said oh we were busy today - not my problem. A double bed doesn’t compare to a king! We reserve king because it is our preference - I expect to get what was already paid for.

No soap in the bathroom, dirty classes and coffee cups. Had a mid night fire alarm false alarm. The elevator sounded sus and it made our room sound like there was a trombone solo all night. I will not be returning.

Renovation limited to 1 elevator. My bathroom was flooded because the ceiling light fixture was leaking. The front desk could not accommodate us to another room so basically we had no choice but to leave since we couldn’t shower since the bathroom was flooding from a ceiling leak. What’s worse is front desk couldnt or wouldn’t refund us and only offered “Hyatt point”. What a joke.

The check in process took forever, it was the desk clerks first day alone so that’s understandable but frustrating. The hallways were dark and smelled horrible like mold and smoke. When I got to my room the key card wouldn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk. After finally getting in my room everything in the room welt wet and dirty.

The weather was awful, but the hotel was a nice respit for the incredible heat. The hotel was clean, had a very nice free breakfast, a decent gym, a comfortable lobby that had people there to serve you, the satff was soooo nice! All good!

Although we only stayed one night and there was a baseball team there, it was really quiet. And the breakfast was good.
