The room and bed was comfortable and clean. The television worked well. Due to my arrival time I wasn't able to park in an area close to the door and had to maneuver stairs, in a snowstorm, to get my luggage to the hotel. I left my luggage in the vehicle I went into the hotel to register and request help. The security guard came out to my car with no hesitation and brought my suitcase right into the hotel. The person on duty when I checked out the next morning was also very pleasant. The location isn't in close proximity to the airport, it was about 15 minutes away."
