The location is perfect with a short walk to the town, restaurants and the beach! This condo has everything that you would need and was very clean and comfortable. It also has all your needs for the beach, which includes beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take everything. We had a great time and totally enjoyed our stay. Eddie and Liana are such wonderful and kind hosts who happened to be there during the week we stayed. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with lots of security cameras and courtyard entrance. The pool is shared- but we had it all to our selves. The new owners are very involved and improving several things around the property. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very clean and offers any type of item you may need to make a meal at the house. The grill is pretty new and the unit has beach chairs and umbrella. Such a great location and super cute apartment. The home owners were great and flexible in our checkout process as we misunderstood the check out time. The shared pool is a decent size and the shared courtyard is adorable and cute. Perfect for breakfast in the sun. The pool was a little chilly because the sun doesn’t hit it, but when it gets hotter there I’m sure it’ll warm up a bit. Definitely refreshing to jump in and out while sun bathing. I’d suggest bringing some extra towels as there is not a replacement through the stay - at least not for us. Overall well over our expectation and we plan on a future visit with more friends/family! ##### Jessica J.
