The interior features high-end furnishings & appliances, large living & dining rooms, TVs in all rooms & game room with a billiard/ping pong table and large cascading glass doors to the pool area. Relax in the backyard oasis with lush tropical landscaping, heated saltwater pool & spa, ample outdoor seating, enclosed heated shower, grill and colorful lighting! We want our guests to have privacy and therefore do not need to meet them before, during or after their stay. However, our friendly local property managers are just a quick phone call or text message away should our guests need anything during their visit. Guests will be provided with an access code for the front door keypad lock and a fob to access the private beach area. Terra Mar Island is a very clean, safe and well-maintained upscale neighborhood. Just a mile south of Pompano Beach, it is just 15-minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. There are grocery stores, shops, watersports, restaurants, bars and nightlife, including the beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea town center, all within 1-2 miles of the property. The very nearby Sea Ranch Lakes Plaza has a Publix Grocery store, a CVS drugstore, a Dunkin Donuts and several other shops and restaurants. Guests can drive, walk, get an Uber/Lyft or just hop on the Pelican Hopper Bus (the free town shuttle) to and from the local attractions. Hey Divers! Guests may either walk, rent bicycles, take the free town shuttle, call Uber/Lyft or drive to get around the local area. It has all the convenience’s and MORE. Pool, putting green, pool/ping pong table, private beach access within walking distance. It has the little things too special pool/beach cups, plenty of beach chairs/umbrella and toys. The rental company is very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and putting green. My mother sometimes needs a wheelchair and it was easy for us to move it through the house. I am always skeptical of places saying they are an easy walk to the beach but this really is a quick walk, even with my mother in her wheelchair. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Only complaint is that the listing stated 3 bathrooms while in fact there are only 2\. The location and beach we had access to were quiet and amazing. The host was available at all times. The house is exactly what it looks like and was a beautiful oasis. Given the current COVID situation we spent virtually all of our time on the property. The pool was perfect and the outdoor seating area was very nicely done. The house is clean and very spacious. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. And, the private beach access is bonus. It's just a few minutes walk and we had it all to ourselves the 2-3 times we ventured out! ##### Ron G. Our stay in this home was wonderful. It’s even better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, organized and labeled. Since we traveled from out of state, having access to beach chairs, wagon and toys, not to mention all of the kitchen items, extra towels and laundry, made a world of difference. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, as was the short walk across the Intracoastal to the private beach. The backyard pool was serene and provided the perfect hangout spot for our family. And the communication with the property manager was prompt and considerate. I can’t speak highly enough of our stay and hope to come back again! ##### Ashley E.
