Welcome to your private waterfront retreat in the heart of Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale. This property offers a spacious five-bedroom, four-bathroom compound layout! Main house includes 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, paired with a stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house, creating the perfect setup for families, friends, or multiple couples traveling together. With a sparkling Heated Pool, a private dock, and water views, it’s the ideal balance of luxury, comfort, and location. Heated Pool!  
  
Inside the main home, guests will enjoy an airy living room with a plush sofa, smart TV, and cozy sitting chairs, making it the perfect place to gather. A large dining area and a dedicated desk and chair add both function and comfort, while the state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and every cooking necessity for preparing meals at home.  
  
The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, with two king suites—one offering direct pool access and serene water views—and a third bedroom with a queen bed and additional daybed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, including both walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination.
