Tatiana our host is really great - we had a problem with the drain in the kitchen and someone was there the same day to take care of it. If we could give a tip for improvement, we would suggest to add to the things in the kitchen - like wine glasses, silverware and coffee mugs. The house location was perfect, about 7 min drive to beach (Lauderdale by the Sea) about 30 min drive to Hollywood Beachfront and 20min to Las Olas farmers market Beach on Saturday morning. The local grocery store was 4 min away. The property itself was in a nice safe neighborhood, fruit trees in the neighborhood, pool was great, kitchen was great size, amenities of laundry, gas grill, fans in every room, dock to kayak and fish even though we didn't have time to use either. All of the rooms/bathrooms we clean and the beds were very comfortable! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We didn’t have any problems while we stayed. The area around the pool was a little dirty but the pool was nice and clean! Overall we had an amazing time and I look forward to booking this property again. ##### Jamara H. We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The morning coffees over looking the canal, endless hours in the heated pool and late night grilling on the deck was the most relaxing experience. The location is very convenient to groceries, fairly quick drive to the beach and sawgrass outlet Center. Tatiana was an amazing help when we had questions about the property and was extremely polite and easy to work with.
