Located only 1.5 miles from the beach, this home features a spacious living room meant to bring the family together, a split floor plan, and a huge private backyard/pool to enjoy. The outdoor deck also includes a BBQ, lounge seating area with outdoor TV, outdoor dining area, and plenty of spots to hang out and soak in the South Florida weather. Ready for some rest and relaxation? Book with us today! Completely redesigned tropical inspired home. This space was meant to induce a sense of tranquility, peace, and relaxation upon entering. Large living room/entertaining area perfect for bringing family and friends together. Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and all utensils needed to create a home cooked meal. Smart TVs in each bedroom with fast WiFi connection to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video. Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge. Completely private backyard with a large swimming pool and BBQ grill. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs to tan in the sun, and a shaded dining area to enjoy a meal outside. The outdoor deck is also equipped with a shaded seating area and smart TV to watch the game or listen to music. Guests will have access to the entire home. We are always available if our guests should need anything. The amount of interaction is completely up to our guests, no pressure. Important Disclosures: For safety and security, there are outdoor security cameras located at the front and rear of the home. These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior spaces. Noise monitoring devices are installed in common areas to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio). Guests will be required to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in. We respect your privacy and appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone. Additional rules A valid government photo identification of the guest that booked the reservation must be sent to the host prior to check in and must match the name and photo listed on the reservation. This is to comply with city requirements and access to the home will not be granted without it. Host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for all guests staying at any time before and during the reservation. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave with no refund. Booking guests must be present on site the entire stay. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of someone else. If the booking guest is not present the rest of the group will be asked to leave with no refund. The booking guest must be 25 years or older. Guests will be required to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in. \*\*\*IMPORTANT NOTICE\*\*\* The following house rules are city mandated vacation rental regulations and violation of any of the following will result in immediate cancellation of guest booking with NO REFUND. Please be sure to read through them thoroughly as they are all strictly enforced by city code compliance and monitored via outdoor security cameras. There will be no exceptions made for any violations of the following rules. No more than 8 guests may sleep onsite at any time and no more than 2 visitors allowed at a time. Additionally, no visitors are allowed after 10 pm. No more than two cars can be parked on site at any time and all cars must be parked in the driveway as grass and street parking are strictly prohibited. No loud music or noise after 8pm. Please be advised that the number of guests allowed is firmly enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund. No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee. Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee. Please be sure to take all your belongings when checking out as we do charge a $40 service fee plus the cost of packing and shipping for any items left behind. Unfortunately it does happen quite often and our team spends about an hour per item to take to the post office and ship back to guests. When I had an issue, Vanessa & Sean were extremely attentive and addressed the problem as best they could. For families with little ones... there is a strict noise ordinance (10pm - 7am) in the neighborhood and I found myself trying to keep the littles as quiet as possible at 10:01 pm. The property / maintenance / our host, ALL made our stay delightful! Side note: I was under the impression that this property was privately owned & managed. It is NOT, it is managed by a company (EasyBreezyBnB) which I believe is Sean/Vanessa.
