Here are some details on this beautiful getaway: — You will have access to the entire home. — 2,430 sq ft — 4 bedrooms and a living room. — 2 bathrooms — entire beautiful living room with TV — Whole Wi-Fi within the whole house — BBQ — ROOM 1: MASTER BEDROOM with queen bed — ROOM 2: BEDROOM with two double beds — ROOM 3: COZY BEDROOM with queen bed — ROOM 4: COMFY BEDROOM with sofa bed — 5: LIVING ROOM with two sofa beds — Parking: The front of the house has a full driveway with parking for up to 3 cars, private gated entrance in the back — We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests Guest Access: Visitors will enjoy complete access to the entire house, including laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, televisions, a patio with a dining table, beach chairs, and a BBQ area. Free parking is available for up to 3 cars, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. We are pleased to offer flexibility for check-in, depending on the availability of our schedule. To enhance your experience, we have a keyless entry system in place and will provide you with a unique code to access the house upon check-in. Other Things to Note: When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great. \*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation. Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves. \* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours. Plenty of space and everything was so close by. My kids loved being able to go to beach whoever they wanted and my grandson enjoyed chasing the gekos in the backyard. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Dustin s. 25 juin 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### Not as Advertised I had to contact the host twice to get check in information and code for the front door. Check in time was 3:00 we didn’t receive the check in code until 6:00pm. Thankfully we were still traveling to the property. Outside of property when we arrived was extremely littered with trash. Mailbox overflowing with mail. Property was dirty. Within 10 mins of being at the home my toddlers feet were black from the floors. Upon further inspection the front bathroom did not have a shower head. Back door did not have a door knob just dead bolt which seemed odd but ok. The next morning while doing further inspection on the property we noticed that the back door wasn’t an exterior door. It was a hollow core interior door that was water logged from the rain the night we arrived. That is a huge safety concern. Host did offer to send a cleaning crew and handy man to fix the door, however I did not feel safe there with my family. During departure and stripping of the beds, two the beds mattress protectors were very stained. Property was rented for 5 days. We stayed 2\. I requested a refund from the host and he declined. I have filed a complaint with VRBO for the past 8 days and there has been no resolution to this issue or refunds. This property appears much better in the listing than actually is, property not maintained well at all. ##### Dustin s.
