Great family layout - 3 Bedrooms with King size beds, and a 4th Bedroom with bunk beds, that can also be used as an office. Back yard has a large covered area, heated pool and gas grill. Inside has a large family room, perfect for movie nights! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, and the views from the property were stunning. The house itself is spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation and the pool was an absolute hit with our 8 year old boys! Brampton Park were very welcoming and helpful and answered all our questions; their communication was excellent! One thing to note, however, is that the yard, while gorgeous and lush, often had iguana excrement scattered around. Since the area has a lot of iguanas (I believe this is true for all of south Florida), I think it would have been helpful to have someone come by more frequently to clean the yard. It didn’t take away too much from our experience, but regular maintenance would definitely improve the outdoor experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot, and we’d love to return! ##### Akash S.
