Special thank you to Joanne and the rest of the Dorm Hotel staff for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable. I felt safe and at home which made my first trip to Ithaca and the country so memorable ! Hopefully I’ll be able to go back sometime soon :)

Nice clean and quiet property. Food was excellent.

Great location right on campus of Cornell. Rooms are small but comfortable.

There was not much choice

The best staff I have seen in a long time. All very kind and helpful. Clean room and very nice bed and linens. Breakfast was simple but had something for everyone.

We were staying for 5 nights and we really have nothing to complain. Very clean. Room has all we needed in good condition. Comfortable beds. Good AC unit. No outside noise. Breakfast very basic, but nobody promised a feast :). Everything fresh, there are always at least couple of items in each food category regardless of how many clients are trying to have a breakfast in short period of time. Coffee machine with a good FREE coffee 7/24: cappuccino, latte, regular, hot chocolate etc. There is...

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Great breakfast with lots of options. The hotel is near a shopping plaza with all kinds of stores.

Absolutely beautiful property! I wish I had stayed longer.

Beautiful location near the lake and next door to a State Park, we enjoyed the hikes! Food was delicious and grounds were beautiful.

What a wonderful place for our rest stop on the way home! Check in and out was a breeze and the front desk staff was beyond charming. Very helpful and quick. He provided us with a couple of bottles of water. Such a nice touch. He outlined everything I needed to know about the amenities and next day breakfast times. On the way to the rooms was a small refreshment stand with complimentary beverages! Our room was clean and comfortable and everything in it worked as it should. The linens...

An innovative and unique experience to stay in an old school roadside motel where the charm of the retro and historical nature still exists with a modern touch. I love the idea of revitalizing a local property and name that has been around for decades. The owners and employees take pride in this and it shows in their food and drink offerings which come from local producers, and their room decor choices which are listed in their in-room information guide. Everywhere I turned there was something...

Loved the style of house, room with a great view. Great location to waterfalls and downtown market area.
