I had reservations for a suite! Checked in and went to our suite (Room 1000), dropped our luggage and went to walk around town and grab dinner. When we returned to the room, I went to take a shower and noticed that the shower faucet was leaking (stream of water flowing from the faucet) the tub was stained orange and covered with black mold! I went to speak to the front desk and was told that they had no other rooms and the only thing they could do for us is to send someone to clean the mold! A gentleman came after 15 minutes and spent about 15 minutes trying to clean the mold… he said that he did his best, but the mold seemed to have penetrated int on the tub texture. He also said he couldn’t do anything about the leak. The leak continued with a sound of running water through the night. Also the AC in the bedroom sounded like a jet engine all night long! This was by far the worst experience at a quasi good hotel and in a suite!

The hotel was very convenient to the downtown area. The room was noisy..asked staff to look into why the exhaust in bathroom was so loud but noone commented or showed to look into iur request. Was told at check out that this was a covid regulation air displace.

Due to the room on top of us being extremely loud and like thumping on the ground of their room. We couldnt get any sleep and it started from like 6 am to 8 am. We also took voice recordings of how loud it was because we just werent able to sleep. But overall it was just incredibly noisy and none of our family members could sleep.

We had accommodations for 2, but only 1 chair, directory for hotel services and meals non existent. hotel restaurant advertised a full menu. I made reservations only to find they were serving only hamburger, frozen, not fresh, French fries and a fish sandwich. No advance notice when I made a reservation of a limited menu. However, the staff were very pleasant. I would not consider this a luxury hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

I like how it was convenient around the whole area, it was quiet and the front desk was great… but my room could have used a little more work. Hair on the floor and on the towels, dog hair or something around the fridge area and a stain on the bed

Over all the hotel experience was good. Location of the hotel parking wasn’t ideal. Parking on the side of the building with no side walks to the main entrance. They did not clean the room during our stay. Staff was friendly. The location was good for us, seemed to be central to out activities.
