This hotel was a great price for this town. The accommodations and breakfast were excellent. Our room was a significant walk from the front desk so the staff recommended driving to a different entrance, which we did. However, there was no elevator there. We made several trips up the stairs with our stuff... Okay for us, but may have been very inconvenient for others.

I’m not sure but it seems this property was just being reopened. Inside was clean, staff was EXTREMELY friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool area was very nice and clean. They planted flowers in all the outdoor flower boxes. Room and bathroom was clean. Had a friendly hand written note from the house cleaner. However, when we pulled up the motel, the first thing you see is an unkept ally way leading tot he back of the building. Weeds and over grown trees. I was a little worried. So if they clean up the front a little and the side alley a bit…..otherwise it really was an enjoyable stay.

Great value! This is my second time staying here and never found a reason to complain. The breakfast was fresh and had many options. Loved playing corn hole next to the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Located right in front of the mall which was super convenient to be able to grab supplies at Target.

This is an ok hotel if you can get it for the right price. Breakfast was good and it had good variety. easy drive to college town. The hotel is a bit outdated but it has the basics covered. Staff was helpful.

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice in all interactions and the breakfast was very good. The grounds and landscaping were in tough shape with tons of weeds. It was good for a quick overnight in Ithaca.

Great stay! The breakfast is great. I was able to bring my dog and they were very accommodating! Location is right next to a shopping center with food! If I ever come back the Ithaca I will be staying here again

The staff are amazing. The room is okay. The rate is alright. The hotel is near at every convenient areas. But the toilet doesn't fast. The shower head is low. They don't have tooth paste. Over all our stay was quick.

From the front, the place looks abandoned with giant potholes in the parking lot, which is unfortunate because it has potential to be a great place. #1 improvement would be to place a sign at the street that is visible from at least a block away. The current sign is too short and is blocked by the trees in the parking lot. It’s difficult to tell if the hotel is dying or getting started, so we suggest all staff park in the front lot until more customers inhabit the hotel. VERY kind and helpful staff! ❤️

Likes: * Attentive professional front desk staff. * Convenient location to shopping stores, major highways, etc. * Good complimentary breakfast. Thumbs Down: * Broken cold shower faucet in our assigned room. It was welded shut. Why was this room given to its guests in the first place?? * Door badge needs multiple tries before luck gets involved and the door is opened. One must try jiggling the badge or slide it slowly or slide it faster and hope that one of those would do the trick. This was the issue on both badges that were given to us. * All side doors going to the hotel from the parking lot are not locked at all. No security badge to prevent those who are not guests from going in and roam the entire hotel. * Parking lots especially the side and the back area are dark. No lamp posts which could provide a sense of security to its guests and also to help guests themselves from seeing where they're going while they're with their vehicles. We will not consider going back to this hotel.
