"The front desk person, Jonathan was very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue of concern with a gentleman at the restaurant who refused to sit us and Jonathan helped us speak to the manager. Otherwise, the staff was great and friendly and we enjoyed our stay. "

There was also a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which was very helpful. It was also near the Prudential Center and straight forward to get there. "
