"The view from our room was spectacular and everything was perfect. The only issue was that there was not parking available at the hotel as described. We had to park across the street and were told the fee would be the same. It was pretty inconvenient and we were glad we didn’t have much luggage. Also when we left the next morning the fee for parking was actually more. "

"We booked the river view room. The view was fantastic and the room was clean and fresh. The reception staff was polite and helped us get our things that we forgot in the room after we checked out. The kitchen staff was courteous and assisted us with the breakfast. "

"Excellent self serve breakfast. food was fresh and perfectly cooked. When we arrived, we were told our room was on the second floor. My wife is handicapped. When I asked if we could have a room on the first floor, the day manager was very courteous and gave us a first floor room. Thank you Comfort Inn Windsor."
