The stay was good.The rooms were not being cleaned due to COVID but when we called for fresh towels we were able to pick them up at the front desk right away.What I would suggest is to make sure the front grounds of the hotel are cleaned consistently.There is one makeshift ashtray which was full and caught on fire while we were there.There are cigarette butts and litter all over the front entrance area and the two trees surrounding the walk up to the doors are dead and need to be replaced.

All things considered it was ok for being an a hotel in a pandemic the power was off for about an hour and a half before the generator was turned on. Would have been no big deal but this was a schedueled outsge. The construction was very loud and directly outside my window it would just ha e been nice to have this taken into consideration. Our AC unit didnt work.

I didn't like that my room had urine all over the toilet and on the floor, around the toilet. My room was not cleaned prior to my family and I going in . I also have a charge for $64 on my credit card, for which I'm now forced to call you and discuss. The 2 front desk attendants whom I spoke with were both friendly and helpful. We definitely should have stayed at another hotel. We paid nearly double the rate of the hotel 30 seconds down the road as we wanted a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get that for which we paid.
