Satisfactory. We arrived very late and they still received us. It was clean but they had so many cigarettes in the cabinet. The heat and AC were great. For the price and a room with two beds that contained our family of 4, I would say it was worth it.

There was blood and nail polish stains all of the sheets as well as the towels. There’s a homeless population as well as all their litter near the buildings. Not a safe location. It’s worth to pay the extra 20-40$ for a nice hotel! If you wanna cheap out and come here bring your own bedding and towels! The heating doesn’t work so be careful with how you pack.

I've been coming to this motel for years and it's always been clean. Four months ago ownership changed and the standards have fallen terribly. It was dirty with visible dirt in the bathroom (tub and toilet), on the walls and the smoke detectors was not on the wall but laying on the counter. And my non-smoking room was clearly smoked in. I will not be returning.
