"I think the pictures of this property don’t do the house justice. We would happy return here as a family based off of our experience. It’s a 5 minute walk to Bert’s and the beach. The rental services left a crib for us in the covered sun room. Property was clean and had many features not even shown in pictures. A true 10/10 for us."

"This home was very accurately described! The communication and response from owner is the best I have encountered. The home is super well maintained including the fenced in yard which is one of the best parts of property. Home is small but perfect size for small group. The 3rd bedroom is a loft with narrow spiral staircase gets a bit warm but there is a portable A/C unit which we did not use much because it was a bit noisy. The internet was a bit in and out. Great 3 weeks on Folly!!"

"Our family of 7 spent a week here and loved it! We had plenty of space to relax in the town home (beach home?), and it was easy to access all of the historical sites and restaurants in Charleston. We liked staying in the more relaxed Folly Beach area and driving into Charleston. The kitchen had what we needed to fry fish, make smoothies, and handle the rest of our food needs."

"The cottage was just what my wife and i needed for a few days away from the rat race. It was clean and we'll appointed. The location was perfect; far enough from main street to be quiet, yet close enough for convenient fun. We will definitely rebook here next year."

"Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach."

"Enjoyed our stay at stones throw. Have a 2 year and 4 year old and it was close walk to beach access with two blocks and 4 blocks to playground. The area is very busy with visitors to beach on weekend, but was very walkable during the weekdays. Also very close to the beach city center with lots of great places to eat."

"House was as anticipated. Adequate room, clean and well set up. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. Live Music on Tuesday night that went till well after 11 pm. Fortunately the house and location made up for a pretty loud neighbor."
