Two blocks from the ocean and one block from Folly Beach's town center with local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. You can park your car and walk to all that Folly has to offer. Completely restored top to bottom, the home features high, 10-14 foot ceilings, 650 Sq Ft of living space, beadboard walls, sash-weighted windows and hardwood floors throughout. A classic beach house, but fully renovated. The delicious Chico Feo restaurant with live music is next door, enjoy the fun and vibrant atmosphere just steps away! The bathroom has been updated with modern fixtures and a large walk-in shower. The retro kitchen has cement counters, a GE Profile gas cook top, and a very cool refrigerator (pun intended). Central heat and air make this classic cottage even more comfortable. Truly a vacation home for any season. Perched high on a hill, the home is a delight to stay in. With one queen sized bed, the house is cozy just for two people to spend the night and enjoy the beach life. The living room opens to the sunroom and small front porch where there is plenty of space and creates the perfect reading spot. Covered back porch is right off kitchen and opens to side yard. Two outdoor showers (hot and cold water) are convenient for a quick rinse after beach activities. Wi-fi internet and an iPod player are our tech and entertainment options. Books and puzzles are highly encouraged. 124 East Cooper is strictly non-smoking and not pet-friendly. \*\*Detached 3rd porch near back parking spot is gated & for owner use only!\*\* Amenities include free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, stove top, outdoor shower, central heat and air conditioning, parking for up to 1 vehicles, and 24-hour emergency on-call staff. This little bungalow is 2 blocks from the beach and short walks to all the restaurants you would need! The house itself doesn't have anywhere for you to unpack or keep your suitcase. We left ours on the floor of the living room. There's a very popular and noisy bar right across the street and the delivery trunks start driving and beeping at 7:00am most mornings. We did enjoy our week at Folly and will come back, but next time it will be front beach and a bit more accommodating rental. ##### Barbara P. This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. We are a young couple, and took a couple days to refresh away from the kids and really treasured being able to walk to every bar and restaurant to soak in the vibe of Folly. At night sitting on the porch you can ever hear the ocean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ##### Melody R. There is NO privacy. The only blinds are in the bedroom and bathroom and with the house being on the corner of a bust intersection, everyone walking by can see straight in. There is NO storage for your things. No drawers, closet, etc. The bathroom has a pedestal sink so again no where to place your toiletries. The mattress and pillows were very low quality. We are young honeymooners so being close to the beach and everything going on was perfect. No need to drive/find parking. Huge plus was the outdoor shower for coming back from the beach. The place itself was super quaint and just what we needed! The property management was personable and available, great to communicate with, but gave us space our entire stay. ##### Rachel V. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. Live Music on Tuesday night that went till well after 11 pm.
