"The rooms are clean and new. Great view and my bed was super comfy. The hotel also had great comps for a reward card for food. Great desk customer service helpful. Great location near University of Reno and other casinos walking distance. I will be here for 2 more days and very pleased so far. It is under going reconstruction but it’s outside area only. "

"Traffic and strange acting people in the area. Where is law enforcement? I complement the staff at my check-in. I don't remember her name, but I checked in around mid/late afternoon. The receptionist was very charming and helpful."
