"The location of this property is amazing - it's right across from the beach with a lifeguard stand; close to stores, groceries, restaurants. Very close to a tram stop if you want to cruise up the coast. The actual unit needs....a lot. It came with nothing - no toilet paper, no soap, no trash bags. "The apartment is in a great location, very central, and it was clean. However, you do pay for what you get. It was a good price, so perhaps we should not have been surprised to find that it was in need of maintenance. There was some dodgy-looking electrics, no basic handsoap, no towel rings for hanging a hand towel near a sink, damaged walls etc. Overall, it made it feel cheap, and.... edgy.
