Room and grounds are spotless and pool area always being cleaned! Food was good too! You can use your continental breakfast credit for the restaurant breakfast menu which tasted amazing !"

"When we arrived, the building we were supposed to be in had no water to it and was never told at check in. They knew there was a problem and should have moved us to a new building. We also had no water a few days later and again, was not informed. Had to cancel an excursion because of this and getting wrong answers from the hotel staff about an ETA of when water would be restored"

"The service and attentivness from the staff was beyond amazing. Right from the start Johanna made our welcome extrememly pleasurable with complimentary rum drinks. Our room accomodations were taken into consideration for the availability during this season and occasion we were celebrating. Hugo, the General Manager was also amazing himself. He introduced himself and asked how our stay at the Ritz has been and with just a short comversation he too graced us with a beautiful spread of fresh fruits and vegetables with an assortment of dips. The dispaly also came with a warm greeting and thank you for staying at the Ritz Carlton. The organization defintley has it together and others should learn from them. I would highly reccomend staying here and will make sure that our experience is shared with everyone we know. Thank you to Hugo, Johanna and the Ritz Carlton Staff in Turks & Caicos, Provinciales for making our Honeymoon experience as special as you did. Room #3606 10/18-10/24"
