Pool & Rooftop Terrace Would you believe us if we told you the stunning beach view is even better in person at Conched Out? The sea surrounding the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos transforms from morning to night with the most beautiful colors of blue we have ever seen. Conched Out is seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms luxury beachfront villa perfectly positioned on the private and stunning Long Bay Beach (on the island's southeastern side). This grand estate offers a plethora of lounging spots on the large pool deck with shaded and sunny seats for enjoying the mesmerizing turquoise views of the ocean. Open the large disappearing doors that lead to the pool deck and let the Caribbean breeze dance into the villa. Splash in the deep infinity pool (can be heated; optional), or fresh grill fish and mix a cocktail in the outdoor wet bar -conveniently located beside the pool terrace! Take a luxurious nap in the breezy shade in one of the three hammocks overlooking the turquoise sea (tip-this is an excellent spot for seeing the spectacular sunrise), or stroll down a few steps to the pristine Long Bay Beach. Conched Out features seven bedrooms, two living rooms, and a giant open-aired terrace on the top floor, perfect for viewing the tremendous star-filled skies at night! This small Caribbean island's lack of ambient light allows for some truly fantastic star-gazing. Four spacious bedrooms are on the main floor, three of which feature a king-size bed, flat-screen TVs, ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has twin beds (can also be configured as a king) and a bathroom just across the hall. The three ground-level bedrooms all offer queen size beds; two have en-suite bathrooms, and the third has a bathroom across the hall. The lower ground level has been recently renovated and includes a second living room with a 65" T.V., coffee maker area, fridge, and ample seating. Bedroom breakdown: Upper Level • Bedroom 1 (Master): King size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and patio (ocean views). • Bedroom 2: King or T/T bed(s), bath across the hall, TV. • Bedroom 3: King size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and patio (ocean views). • Bedroom 4: King size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and patio (ocean views). Electricity is metered and will be shown upon check-in. Overage is charged at the current market rate. • All our properties are offered double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • The property manager will meet guests at the villa at 4 pm for check-in. A rental car is highly recommended for getting around the island. • Occupancy: Rates are based on use by 14 guests (this number includes babies and children). Extra guests with a maximum occupancy of 16 are permitted at a guest fee. Rollaway beds are available for the two additional guests, but cribs must be rented if needed. • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen! • AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $600 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The property manager and staff were wonderful! The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our family of 15\. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We had plenty of space to share meals, work a puzzle, play cards, or watch a movie at night. The outdoor living areas and pool were perfect! We enjoyed grilling dinner, having happy hours at the outdoor bar, and chilling out during the day. The beach is stunning and is where we spent most of our time! What an unforgettable trip! The property was beautiful, private, and clean. There was ample space for our party of 14\. Our manager (Faye) was very responsive to everything we needed. The property has a lot of living and entertaining space so everyone could spread out. We had a party of 8 and the pool deck area was more than enough to accomodate everyone. Ronald the manager was very attentive to requests for PWC's and paddleboards. The beachside covered chair area was a great spot to soak in the beautiful beach with the ocean breeze. Having a full service kitchen with all the settings and bar area made it easy for breakfasts and drinks throughout the day. Maid service was twice weekly and everything was very clean throughout the residence from check in to check out. Our group loved the location, seclusion and great beach access! ##### Phillip W. This home was exactly as described. A perfect beach villa. TC Villas and the house managers were extremely responsive always getting back to us within 24 hours. When the dishwasher broke they were on site within two hours. I would certainly use this rental company again. My only criticism of our trip and this has nothing to do with TC Villas is that the island is fantastically expensive and the fruit on the island was the worst I have ever tasted but the house and the setting were afforded our family the best beach vacation ever ##### Robert S. The staff went out of their way to make our week perfect. Our only complaint was the seaweed which we learned is only a problem 2 months each year. But the public beaches more than made up for the seaweed on our side of the island. ##### Lynn O. The villa is lovely and the accommodations are just as described. Well maintained and very clean. Our hosts were welcoming and available at any moment. So many "extras" that we were not expecting! We felt very taken care of. Our family of 16 had plenty of space to be very comfortable. For a fee, they added a crib to the one room. A few things to take note of, the view is fantastic and the pool and ocean are warm (May 2022) The beach is very short in front of the villa but clean and the sand is white. The food prices at the grocery stores are a lot higher than in the USA. You need to budget for more costs for food. The resort restaurants are $45-50 for main dishes as a standard price and a mixed drink is $15-17\. So plan accordingly. Maid service is 2x a week which was perfect for our family. A very nice woman took care of the Villa for us. When they suggest 3 hours at the airport for your departure... take that advice, you will be very happy you got there early!! The airport is a disaster! Traveling with 16 people is very challenging and the airport disorganization did not help. We only had 2.5 hours and it got very stressful that we might run out of time! Plan for LOTS of people and LONG lines and to be very HOT! Car return is also a challenge. If I could give one piece of advice... get to the airport early!!! If we had known better, we could have dropped off our bags early, then gone for breakfast, then dropped off our car, and come back for security to get to the gate. You will love the Villa and the island! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend! ##### Brenda J. Sunrise was amazing! House as described and we opened doors and windows for the island breezes. We heated the pool for 4 days and went over our AC allowance by $200, worth it!!! The house is showing a little age but location and views made up for it. Our family, including 5 couples had plenty of room for the week and spent time Poolside, hammocks and the beach! ##### Jill M. The view was wonderful. The pool area had plenty of chaises and chairs plus nice tables for outdoor meals.
