Pool, Cinema & Attendant Service Aguaribay is a spacious, modern 5-bedroom beachfront villa located on Long Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This modern villa is nestled atop a dune, granting spectacular views of the gem-blue waters of Long Bay Beach. Take it easy on the Sunbrella bed while listening to the gentle lapping of the sea, or make a delicious dinner with locally caught fish in the fully equipped kitchen. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas afford plenty of space for congregating, or you can all settle in for a movie in the downstairs cinema room with cozy seating and a 55″ flat-screen TV. This Turks & Caicos Vacation Villa has an infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning or relaxing in the shade under one of the covered areas. Walk down the stairs to Long Bay Beach to enjoy great swimming or various water sports. A property manager will meet guests and provide an orientation at the villa. The property manager is available should the guests need assistance. Long Bay Beach is a beautiful private area of Providenciales. It is a bit removed from shopping and restaurants (it takes about 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and 15 minutes for restaurants/shopping). Long Bay Beach is residential, and some of the island's finest homes are located there, with more being planned. The beach is a good long walking beach, about 3 miles long. Notes: • At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge its service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. • We recommend a rental car for transportation on this small island. • Included with the villa for a minimum of four hours from Monday through Saturday is a dedicated villa attendant who takes care of housekeeping, light laundry, light culinary tasks ,and poolside/beachfront beverage service. Grocery provisioning can also be requested throughout the stay for a 15% surcharge placed on top of the grocery bill. Accumulated receipts throughout the stay are added to a folio presented at checkout and can be paid for with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. The daily start time and schedule of the villa attendant are determined at check-in between the property management team and the guests. • AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $400; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. TC villas was absolutely amazing to work with. Five star treatment from check in to check out. Mark was the best and was in constant communication. Our house keeper Odalis was the sweetest human ever and kept our villa spotless. Could not have asked for a better trip. The villa was gorgeous. The photos online do not do it justice. The whole house has a sonos stereo system. We did not realize this and brought speakers (not needed). The house was more than stocked with all your basic supplies. House was well equipped with everything one could need on vacation and there was property management on site everyday to do lite cleaning and upkeep. There was also private security on our road that patrolled overnight given Long Bay is a bit more secluded. This made us feel very safe at night (like being on a resort). Perfect pool and very private beach. Would recommend water shoes as coral and conch shells wash up with the tides. It is also a bit difficult to get to the sand from the paved patio at the beach as you need to step down rocks which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues (think older parents, grandparents or younger children). The last thing to note is that the bedrooms are a bit separated; bunkbed room is on the bottom floor within the main living quarters, “blue room” is in the main living quarters but on the main level. The remaining 3 bedrooms are in an open air corridor that can be locked at night but still a bit disconnected from the main area. If traveling with smaller kids that want to use the bunk room, you can feel a bit distant from them at night in the event they need you. None of this is criticism - more so just pointers for families traveling with younger kids or older adults. The home is beautiful, the views are serene, and the privacy is unreal. Highly recommend this property for those looking for privacy with beautiful views and amenities! ##### Kevin O. It was perfect for our group of 12 (3 families with kids ages 10-16). The beach and pool are very private and secluded and the entire villa/property is extremely well maintained. All of the Bars/Restaurants/Activites of Provo/Grace Bay are only 10-15 minutes drive from the villa. Everything was perfect from the booking process, the villa, the surroundings, and everything else. The villa is modern, clean, and had all the amenities I could have hoped for. Everything was spotless when I arrived at the villa and the villa managers were very nice and attentive. The private pool is large and I particularly loved the sun-bed and BBQ grill. The beach is absolutely fantastic -I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise -priceless! I would recommend this villa for large groups as it is quite large! Two families with 6 & 5\. Ages ranged from 13 to adults. All teenage kids. This house was set up perfectly. Everyone had their own space. Everything was so well thought out. From the separate bedrooms to the steps down to the beach. The beach area was fabulous. Loved the covering. The shower to rinse off was perfectly located. The pool was a huge hit! Just can’t say enough about our week here. Even with the wind and rain earlier in the week, we still made the best of it. The outdoor area was enjoyed every minute of day light. Few issues with the WiFi, but worked through it. We cooked dinner majority of the time and loved the big table to sit around. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us.
