Beach Villa Sandstone has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located right on the beach at the quiet, western end of Grace Bay, which begins almost at your back door and extends for 12 miles along this world-famous shoreline. This villa was just renovated in December 2016; houses are no longer allowed to be built this close to the beach, but this house was "grandfathered in" and allowed to be rebuilt on the original site, right at the edge of the sand. The famous Smith's Reef is just outside the back door, a colorful tropical reef teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the country. Note: with the coral reef so close to the coast, a rocky strip exists between the sandy beach and the water in this immediate area, but it has various easy access points into the water. This natural rock strip does not inhibit one from swimming or enjoying the ocean. A shaded deck surrounds Beach Villa Sandstone. You can relax on your deck and see and hear the waves lap right in front of you. From the deck too, you can watch an occasional luxury yacht sail past and enjoy spectacular sunsets and stargazing in the evenings! Once you leave this idyllic setting, you will find six restaurants, all within easy walking distance at the Turtle Cove Marina. Here you can also find dive operations, fishing charters, sailing excursions, and activities around Turtle Cove. Although Beach Villa Sandstone is built right on the beach and only steps from the ocean, it also has a beautiful pool for your enjoyment. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck where you can soak up the sun. There are also shaded areas and a dining area for al fresco meals, so you never have to forfeit those magnificent views. In typical Caribbean style, Sandstone has a large, open-plan living area, which combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living area is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The high ceiling creates a cooling and exceptionally spacious atmosphere. The dining area is just as big and offers beautiful views of the pool and the ocean beyond. Beach Villa Sandstone's light and airy kitchen are fully equipped with all modern amenities for your comfort and pleasure. The beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms on the top floor each have a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, cable TV, patio doors opening onto the deck, as well as beautiful views of the ocean. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, each with a private entrance from the home's exterior. Each has two queen beds and an ensuite bath. House is as close to the beach as you can get. The whole family enjoyed it tremendously. We normally don’t go back to the same island in the Caribbean but are already talking about going back to this house. Conveniently located to Turtle Cove with all its amenities. We wanted something that would work with our new grand daughter who was 8 months old during our stay. The house met so many of our needs. The only challenge was not having a powder room in the main living area. the baby and elders retired early, and the only available bathrooms were on the lower level, through outside staircases. The pool, the beach, the wrap around balcony, and how well stocked everything was surpassed my expectations. The location was good for us and we enjoyed the dining options that were in walking distance. It was a bonus to be able to walk into the ocean to snorkel. I would stay here again! ##### Vida B. It exceeded our expectations. The location, the view, the beach, the pool and especially the snorkeling right off our beach. Everyone at tc villas gets a big thumbs up. They were wonderful. The kids swam with sea turtles, beautiful fish and ray! We couldn’t get them out of the water. What a fantastic vacation for everyone from grandparents to our youngest 2 year old. We decided not to rent a car so We ordered dinner and groceries from Gourmet Catering and they were great. Food was delicious and groceries were already put away when we arrived.
