"We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The staff was absolutely the best from our check in(Christian & Andrew) to the staff at check out, housekeeping & breakfast. The continental breakfast was great & it was so nice to walk down the road to their Horseshoe Restaurant and casino where the food was delicious & staff again was top notch. Keep up the excellent job! We definitely will be back and tell others about the wonderful stay we had. K & C Buck"

"Good Casino, good hotel, not good if you bring a pet ! A rude lady at check in would not accomodate us with a room on first floor,said they were full which was a lie unless a bunch of people walked there and did not go in the casino or restaurant. We requested it on Expedia and called them, didnt appear to be a problem till we got there. So we were stuck on 3rd floor and had long way to let dog do his business!"
