"As many know this is a hip chain of techcentric hotels. An ipad controls most of the lights and media in the room. For those less familiar with electronic devices this could be a challenge. The rooms are meant to offersuper efficient understated luxury. Comfort is designed to fit a smallish space. The bed is large and comfortble, but short people may have a hard time launching themselves into bed. The shower and toilet are put together for efficiency. A small sink sits along the mid wall opposite the bath. Razors, shave soap, dental kits handed out at registration which is also a test of tech savvy, LOcation is in downtown LA which has struggled to regain its mojo. Walkable to Little Tokyo, Chinatown and the Music Center as well as the Central Market and one of my favorite restaurants Maaccheroni Republic."

"The room we stayed in was TINY. It had no tv, no chairs, no extra towels, no body wash, no clean blankets or pillows or a phone. Terrible. I don’t recommend staying here"

"This room served its purpose as it was right across the street from my destination. There’s parking for a fee, and bellhop to retrieve your items. I flew in early for my one day stay for a concert and waited around for about 3 1/2 hours until I was able to check in at 12pm without having to pay the $75 early check in. I thought it was a little pricey, $40/$50 I would’ve paid but it just didn’t make sense to. Couches where I sat while I waited on my room were stained along with the carpet, staff gave conflicting information based on who asked( causing me to reconfirm). Rooms were standard and decent I was in the 7th floor with a great view. Bed was lumpy and also had stains air condition worked well.. Id give this stay a 6/10."

"The Audemar is a run-down hotel with a few superficial designer touches to make it seem like a boutique hotel. Particularly annoying— they had no coffee maker in our room. There was a placard in the room touting room service, but they have no restaurant. The in-room safe was broken. Let’s not even talk about the body wash/shampoo in the shower. The place reeks of cheapness. All for $170 a night. Great location, though, near a number of theaters."

"Room was nice and spacious. No issues there. The amenities were not the easiest to access. The hot tub, sauna and steam room were not functioning. If all were working then it would have been great! Otherwise the woman at the front desk was very kind."

"LOVE THE HOXTON. Best hotel! Food is great, staff are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and classy. Central location, easy to get to, and I’ve even used their Aescape robot massage as a great way to wind up the day."
