Great spot

"Took my family for a quick beach trip. The location is fantastic. Miramar beach is pretty chill and very dog friendly. We were within 10 minutes to everything we needed. The house is older and pretty small. However, its comfortable and the location more than makes up for it. Great getaway spot."

Private quiet cottage best for 2-3, no worries pet friendly

"The cottage is clean, cozy, and very private, with a bridge crossing a small stream on the drive to access the property. The kitchen and bath were well-appointed. The bed was large and comfortable with nice linens. The yard was nicely maintained with many succulents, nasturtiums, and the biggest spearmint plants I have ever seen. There was a nice deck off the kitchen/main room with a Weber barbecue and a nice seating area perfect for dining or relaxing. The outdoor space is laid out perfectly with areas to enjoy sun or shade at different times of day. Bottom line, we had a delightful and relaxing stay and would highly recommend the property."

Whimsical Wave on Miramar Beach | One of a Kind Direct Beachfront Experience!

Wonderful whimsy indeed

"The house was as wonderfully quirky as advertised. So many interesting handcrafted details to admire. Stunning location. My only complaint is that while the kitchen is very well outfitted for cooking there are absolutely no supplies on hand. Not even salt and pepper. There is coffee and tea but be prepared to bring everything else."

Summerland

"No frills house with a nice view of the ocean across a busy freeway. The tv upstairs did not have cable and was not compatible with streaming apps. So there was no way to watch tv upstairs. The dishwasher was not working and had black mold in it. I ran a load and then had to wash them again by hand. The kitchen is not stocked well. Needs hand towels, baking sheets, baking dishes, etc. It was difficult to make meals. The company was helpful and quick to respond to texts but the house needs some TLC."
