"The breakfast was great! The chairs around the pool weren't great and alot of them were broken. The hot tub was completely boarded up with tape and that wasn't advertised. The elevators worked but were very bumpy and old looking. The staff is wonderful and helpful which makes up for the quality of the hotel."

"The staff was kind of poor. I asked for someone to come fix my tv an they said I’d be a priority, well I waited an no one ever came. I could never get thru to front desk I always had to walk down there. The ice machine on the 5th floor is broken an I had asked for ice 5 times in 2 days. Nobody ever brought any until I left a note for the housekeeper, an she got me some. When we first arrived on the 27th of March, there’s was strings of hair stuck to the bathroom shower wall. & no can liners in the trash cans. But housekeeping was amazing. "
