"I had selected a king suite, which had a pull out sofa. I confirmed at check-in that’s what I was getting since there were 3 of us. Get to the room there was no bedding for the pull out sofa. I tried using the one phone in the unit and it didn’t work. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for beddings and was told I was suppose to ask at check in. Found that to be odd. Told them the phone didn’t work, was told none of the phones on the 4th floor worked they were working on it. Got the bedding with no pillows, was told they were on another floor and they would bring them up to our room, never happened. The tv in the living area had major issues. I prayed that I would make it to the floor I needed while in the elevators. The interior of the elevator was terrible on the 2 we used. The shuttle was boarded late for the airport. The person who checked us in was busy on her personal phone so customers weren’t priority. "
