"Booked through expedia, owner agreed to a reservation change after many requests, only to have lied and they actually cancelled the reservation, telling me I was all set to arrive, but then when we got there they said we had no place to stay."

"We stayed in a two bedroom & two bath unit that was ample space for our family. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (despite the unseasonably cool weather). Great location for our Universal visit, a little bit further from Disney - but still worked for us. Great check in process - we were able to arrive early and leave bags until our room was ready a bit ahead of schedule."
