I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

"This was our second apartment at Tropicana... the first was well equipped but not vry clean... the seconnd did not have a working oven, a microwave or ironing board so overall not very impressed. The location is fantastic for everything in KLCC but the standard of the apartment lets it down."
