"I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. "It’s at the airport, so there isn’t much around the propert, but there is a restaurant with delicious food, a bar and a convenience store inside!! The staff weee so friendly and welcoming and the room was amazing!!! Convenient location to Incheon Airport and there have shuttle busses that will take you to either Terminal, for FREE!! I recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I visit Korea. "

"We stayed here to sleep for our short layover. The beds were comfy. Tv didn’t seem to work although I couldn’t understand the labels as they were in Korean so maybe I needed to press something to make it work lol. Extra towels would have been great. The hotel is close to convenience stores like mini stop and 7-11 so if you need some water or light snack. There are a lot of Korean restos I should try them the next time I’m in the country. "
