« la literie est très déficiente avec un matelas coton tellement mou et tombant au sol qu'on ne peut pas dormir convenablement. La cuisine mal éclairée (manque néon sous meubles hauts) manque d'éléments élémentaires pour cuisiner : casserole assez grande, ustensiles de cuisine, verres (au moins 4), poêle anti-adhérente, manque de produits d'entretien pour nettoyer la cuisine ...Douche inexistante avec jet minimum sur mur opposé, une pomme de douche reliée à une prise électrique pour chauffer...

« L’hotel est situé en montagne avec une vue superbe sur la ville. Nécessite une voiture ou un taxi pour les déplacement. Le restaurant était fermé en raison d’une tempête tropical le mois dernier mais le resto Sib’s pas très loin était parfait et peu dispendieux et prisé des locaux. Belle piscine ensoleillée. »
