I fell going down the stairs because the hand rail oddly ends before the steps do. I have sent pictures and explanation to management days ago (day we left) and have not recieved a responce. Everything was average. The beach was definitely not the focal point. The employes were hit or miss. Extremely rude bartender 2 days! Pretty sure she was let go but still it was obvious. Place could be better with a more appealing beach presence and lounger chairs. There were several rusted. Room was decent. There was a peice nissing from our closet door. (We didnt ask for it to be fixed) The latch on the patio door was rusted and fell off several times (we secured it back, again without reporting). And there wer these little bugs around the sink and counter above the mini fridge. I mentioned that casually to one of the managers but didnt follow up. We just didt use that area. I asked for a first floor due to my disability and there were none available but they di show mw where the service elevatoe was. I'd rather just carefully use the stairs with haidrails. Props to some of the Amazing staff including Bethany, Orlando, hopefully the new guy fits in good! There

Not what an “all inclusive resort” normally is when you don’t have any type of room service whatsoever ever. You shut down all food at 945pm and all drinks at 1030\. So after basically 11pm you have no access to ANYTHING except the bottles of water in your room as the “resort” is 30 plus mins away from anything else. Oh and you can’t find a ride either for that matter. Staff members are very rude. I did enjoy Liz, Greg, Louisa, Scott, and the young lady that only works on Saturday and Sunday I cannot remember her name. Only good thing about the “resort”
