Nobody really explained anything to us like how the taxi’s work or having to sign up or pre-schedule taxi. Or didn’t explain the rides to casino n just small important information we could of used during our first few days there- Beach was not accessible due to sargassum build up- we were told the beach is raked daily- it is not- 6 days n not raked once. They offered shuttle to another beach- said food and drinks available n nothing was available n time limit of 12-3 was it. The smell was horrible and I understand that its natural from the sargassum- just it was an awful smell to relax in everyday. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere n you either have to rent a car or taxi everywhere. Food was 7/10- the tiki bar food was really good. Buffett for breakfast and dinner was 50/50 depending on what they had. Hot tubs were down - pool was nice - really couldn’t use the kayaks or anything due to sargassum.

I was not able to update my rating on the website, but I rate my stay 5 stars. The room overlooking the water was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the property was perfect. I ate there every day. I will definitely come back.
