"Our stay at Sea Edge was a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly, so helpful and professional. Our room was sparkling clean, comfortable and the view amazing. We will definitely be staying at the Sea Edge in the future. Thank you"

"Wondered why my room was not cleaned first 2 days so went to front desk. Lady says "you had to let us know by 10pm if you wanted the room cleaned". Nobody told us this. Had NO idea. So I asked if we coukd have our room cleaned for today, she said no. Could we at least ger fresh towels? She said maybe, would check. Came back to room at 4pm.... NOTHING! Staff are powerless. No ability to pivot of a situation or make a deciaion. "Rules are rules" I guess. Liked the hotel but will probably stay across street next time. GREAT restaurant at hotel though which was highlight."

"It needs renovation, old carpets smell and not well insulated you could hear other guest in there rooms. Hope the new owners will upgrade"

"The staff was super friendly and the Bar tender Tanja was a blast. We accidentally left something in the room and human resources were wonderful to deal with."
