"Great house in a great neighborhood, short drive or walk to breweries, food, downtown, Golden, etc. It was hot during our stay and the house was nice and cool and comfortable. A couple adirondack chairs in the back and it would be perfect."

"Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice."

"The house was more than adequate for my 5 family members while we visited Anschutz Medical for a serious surgery for my grandson. The backyard was private and pretty which we needed after spending all day in the hospital. Everything we needed was provided; the washer and dryer were welcomed; and linens were plentiful. Our host was definitely available and helpful. Hopefully, we will never need a house this close to Anschutz ever again; but we would definitely recommend this location for its...
