As the listing notes, the parking is very limited on the street. Cars are bumper to bumper and many look like they never move. After circling a few times, we found a spot. The exterior stairs down to the below ground unit had not been swept and the landing was quite dirty. This trend continued into the unit. We had to wipe off the couch of dirt clots before sitting down on the old futon couch and old chair. The bedding also looked very dated. It's the kind of place you want to keep your flip flops on in the unit. Husband is 6" tall and had to duck his head in some areas of the unit. As stated in the listing, it is a basement unit. You can hear the owner above and the tapping of their dog's nails over your head. After 30 minutes, we decided to leave and find a hotel that was clean.
