"The hotel was nice, staff was helpful, pool area was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was loud! When we were in our room we could hear quite a bit of noise from the hall (people talking, kids running), there were weird tapping noises in the morning (couldn't tell where they were coming from) and the construction at the new hospital across the street started before 7am (weekdays) with some loud thumping."

"No parking. You have to carry your luggage through a mall and park in a parking garage a few blocks away. My key cards wouldn't work all weekend. We would continously have to go to front desk for them to fix it. Their rooms take you back in time to 1970. Very old. No cleaners go to your room unless you stay for atleast 4 nights. There is no free breakfast. You have to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Would never recommend this hotel."

"The room was very clean, staff was excellent, didn't have time for breakfast unfortunately, parking was a little expensive. The location was great!!"

"I have stayed here several times. As always the staff are AMAZING!!. From housekeeping to front staff. As a guest I am always asked how my day is?.... Smiles. I understand not everyone has the best day everyday. But I have never come across a staff member without a Hello and a smile. Facility is great! Always so clean. Beds are comfortable! Pillows are just beyond :). But they way my elderly mother is treated when I am not around is the key point here. She is always so happy with the service or help that is offered to her. Staff goes above and Beyond. It's the little things."
