"The hotel is attached to Grand Central Station which made it extremely convenient to use public transit. Everything appeared to be clean and the room size wasn’t too small for our family of 4. We stayed 4 nights and appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day of walking around the city. It would be better if the lobby was cozier and the lights were on outside the hotel entrance. Not sure why all the lights were off. The bathroom was tiny and the depth of the sink was shallow so every time I went to wash my face, the water spilled over onto the floor."

"What a magnificent property. We were at the hotel for a private event. The banquet staff was phenomenal. The overall staff at the hotel from front desk, valet, concierge, bellman and restaurant staff were fantastic. What a great stay. Thank you Marriott Marquis"

"we loved our view of central park for sure. that was worth it alone. however they never gave us face cloths & never replenished our water in the room which after 30k steps a day, water would’ve been good. also never seemed to never have more than 1 or 2 elevators going or maybe it was just that busy. the cocktail bar was closed for lunch & evenings which was unfortunate if you wanted a quick drink before going to dinner."
